Microsoft Outlook Express Setup

1. Double-click on Outlook Express Icon
2. Left-click on Tools, and Select Accounts
3. Left-click on Mail Tab
4. If you have a Mail Account shown,
• Double-click on the Account

  Mail Account is the Name for Account (whatever you wish)
  Name is your name (non-case sensitive)
  Email Address is username@egyptian.net (case-sensitive)
  Reply Address is same as email address (case sensitive)
  Ensure the box is checked to include this account when doing Full Send and Receive
• Left-click on the Servers Tab

  Outgoing Mail (SMTP) mail.egyptian.net (case sensitive)
  Incoming Mail (POP3) mail.egyptian.net (case sensitive)
  Incoming Mail server is a POP3 server
• Under Incoming Mail Server Select

  Log on Using
    Account Name your username (case-sensitive)
    Password your password (case sensitive)
• Left-click on the Connection Tab

  Select connect using my phone line
  Use the Following Dial-Up Networking connection
  left-click Egyptian.
• Left-click Apply
• Left-click OK
• You have now configured your email to Egyptian Internet Services.
5. If you don’t have a Mail account showing,
• Left-click ADD and left-click Mail
• Display Name is your Name (non-case sensitive)
• Press next
• Email Address is username@egyptian.net (case sensitive)
• Press next
• Incoming Mail Server is a POP3 server

  Incoming Mail Server - mail.egyptian.net (case sensitive)
  Outgoing Mail Server - mail.egyptian.net (case sensitive)
• Press next
• Select Connect using

  Pop Account Name your username (case sensitive)
  Password your password (case sensitive)
• Press next
• Internet Mail Account Name

  Leave as is or name what you wish (non case sensitive)
• Press next
• Select connect using my phone line
• Press next
• Choose your modem
• Press next
• Select using an Existing Dial-Up Connection

  Left-click on Egyptian.
• Press next
• Press finish.
• You have now configured Outlook Express for your Internet mail settings.
